These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of website design, hosting, and management services provided by HelloSite ("we", "us", "our") accessible at gethellosite.com. By signing up for any HelloSite plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

HelloSite provides automated website design, hosting, and ongoing maintenance for local businesses. We build custom websites using publicly available information from your Google Business listing (photos, reviews, hours, business details) and any additional content you provide.

2. Plans and Pricing

HelloSite offers the following plans:

• Starter: $25/mo (monthly) or $20/mo (annual, billed at $240/year). Setup fee: $99.
• Executive: $75/mo (monthly) or $60/mo (annual, billed at $720/year). Setup fee: $249.
• Enterprise: Custom pricing, quoted per project.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to existing customers.

3. Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee covers your custom website design, initial content build, domain registration (year one), and deployment. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Billing and Payment

Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Payments are processed through Stripe. Failed payments will be retried. If payment fails for 7 consecutive days, your site may be taken offline until payment is resolved.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Service continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
• Annual plans are non-refundable once the billing period starts.
• Setup fees are non-refundable.

6. Domain Registration

Your custom domain is registered and managed by HelloSite on your behalf. Domain registration for year one is included in all plans. Renewal costs may apply in subsequent years. Domain ownership transfers to you after 6 months of continuous active service, upon request. If you cancel before completing 6 months of service, the domain remains with HelloSite.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all original content you provide (text, photos, logos). Website designs, templates, code, and hosting infrastructure remain the property of HelloSite. When your subscription is active, you have a license to use the website we build for you. Upon cancellation, your site goes offline and the design license ends.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information used on your site. You represent that you have the right to use any content you provide to us (photos, logos, text). You agree not to use your HelloSite website for any illegal purpose or to host content that violates applicable law.

9. Uptime and Maintenance

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, DNS propagation, or events outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

HelloSite's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active customers of material changes via email.
