What does the setup fee cover?

The one-time setup fee covers your custom design, domain registration for year one, initial content build, and going live. Starter is $99, Executive is $249.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly plans cancel at the end of your billing period. No partial refunds, no cancellation fees. Annual plans are non-refundable once the billing period starts, but you get a big discount for committing.

What happens to my domain if I cancel?

Your domain is registered under HelloSite. After 6 months of active service, we transfer it to you on request. If you cancel before that, the domain stays with us.

Do I own my website?

You own your content. The design and hosting infrastructure are part of the HelloSite service. If you cancel, your site goes offline, but your content (text, photos you provided) is yours.
